La COELL (Confederació d’Organitzacions Empresarials de les Terres de Lleida) is the corporate employer with more implant of the land of Lleida.
La COELL was build 30 years ago, which consists in five major federations:
Federation of the construction trades, AGRISEC, AEF, Federation Services companies and a group of companies without asociation sector. Altogether, more than 40 guilds and associations, with about 3,500 entrepreneurs share the common project to be part of a group is so important to our bosses in this land as employers.
Since its inception, la COELL has acted as a valid interlocutor in order to protect business interests ahead of different social partners, employers and politicians. The task of representavilidad which has always exercised with the will and spirit of service, have been two of the main demands to collect increasingly entrepreneurs and business associations. We have driven the growth of our profesionalesy have defended their interests, we have given priority to needs such as training and counseling in all fields, from the legal, labor, industry, the prosecutor ... We have given coverage to many of the challenges society and the business community asks us.
