We find in a modern society that a solid entrepreneurial tissue that pushes the economy towards every time more consolidated levels has been capable of creating and that they helps to consolidating the projects of well-being social of our lands.

We have to understand the competitiveness, the professionalization and the creation of wealth as positive concepts, whenever we are prepared for accepting the challenges that they suppose. As an employer and as an employer person responsible, I know that the professionals from Lleida are conscious of these challenges and Catalan, Spanish and European design the necessary strategies to be entrepreneurial at the head of the tissue. It is a certain that the idiosyncrasy of our employers comes off clear-cut for of the great amount of small and undertaken averages, but this has not blocked us from having all aspirations and possible longings. We, the COELL, are the entrepreneurial employers more important of the lands of Lleida with more than 3.000 associated employers. Born now 25 years ago, we have grown up, prospered with a company that every time has been and is more modern, open to the changes and willing to accept the challenges of my economics|economy.
