From this department the sending of the different communications has been made in the associates, preparation of the documentation necessary for the realization of the different meetings of Boards of Directors, General Assemblies, Employer Parties, Working Meetings of the different Guilds, as well as the dressmaking|elaboration of the corresponding calls, memory acts, dossiers, reports, etc.

The department is in charge also of the coordination among the different departments of the tasks to carry out the control, how they are the attention and the orientation to the associates, the invoicing of quotas and Services, of unpaid, sending of cards|letters and calls of claim of the same ones. Another of the essential functions is to bring the accounting and the dressmaking|elaboration of official books of the entity and of the accounts|bills particular of the different Guilds and Associations; and also of the dressmaking|elaboration and edition of excerpts|extracts and summaries of concrete accounts|bills or of guilds.

And apart from the departments typical of the COELL, also it|he|she acts as secretraria of the Federations and of its|his|her|their guilds respective, with the advice in the constitution of statutes, in the prearació of Boards, conference and other activities that can be carried out.

The different compulsory insurances for the different collective agreements, as well as those of public liability of the installers and of building companies also prepare, the procedure of the card Solred for discounts in fuel, discounts in mòvil telephony, in optics, in journeys, to themselves...

From this Department relation|relationship with other entrepreneurial entities, especially with those that have the area of performance in Catalonia, is sustained with exchange of information, joint actions|shares, etc. Relations|Relationships with the different Official Organizations that have more relation|relationship with the entrepreneurial world, how they are the Town Councils, the Local Boards|Pieces of Advice, etc of our regions, are also sustained.
