Training

The tasks of this department can be summarized in two axes|axles:

Programming of formation|training courses.
Request of grants|subsidies from courses.
The programming of courses follows different guidelines in accordance with the entity who subsidizes the formation|training. The common tasks for all of them are the following ones:

In first place, once agreed on with the teacher or center, broadcast|diffusion is given to the associates through a general sending and the persons concerned formalize its|his|her|their inscription. In some cases, and to complete the minimum number of pupils, it|he has been necessary made an external advertising. The inscriptions are formalized telephonically.

In the moment of pioneering the course, it is necessary to communicate the appropriate organization the relation|relationship of the pupils, to prepare the control of assistances and the documentation that will give up itself|herself to the pupils.

Along the course follow-up of the assistance is made, for covering possible casualties|sick leave. On ending|finishing, surveys of appraisal are passed. At the same time|weather, the appropriate communication of the pupils who have overcome the course satisfactorily is carried out and a diploma is issued for them.

There are different types of courses:

Intersectorial courses, of Promotion of the Work: him there pupils of companies of any activity are grouped. They are addressed in a basic way to workers, even though a minimum percentage of freelances (5% of the pupils) is accepted.
Courses for unemployed persons and of recycling subsidized by the Generalitat being addressed to workers, freelances and relatives of employers.
Courses of the Work Foundation of the Construction: they are part of a Plan Grouped only for companies that have signed the Agreement of Construction. Addressed to employers as well as to its|his|her|their workers.
Courses corresponding to different Plans of offer and demand requested by the different associations: AENEL, AGRISEC, Guild of bakers, AEF Guild of hairdresser's, Association of office of chemist's|pharmacy companies, that they are addressed to employers as well as to its|his|her|their workers.
Courses without grants|subsidies, organized by the different Guilds or Associations.
They are the requests that have to be managed:

Those of procedure to|in the Foundation Tripartita Formación y Empleo (We force) in which it is necessary to show|present there is the Intersectorial Plan, Plans of Offer directed|addressed to employers, Plans of demand or Sectorial Plans addressed to workers, and the Work Fundación of the Construcción directed|addressed only to the sector of the cosntrucció. When it|he|she is proper, it is necessary to show|present the documents that prove that the company corresponds in the sector and the number of workers that it|he|she has.
Those that are presented to the Department of Work include the relation|relationship of courses that the different Guilds are interested of imparting and do not have grant|subsidy for other ways.
